4 months reflection
I am 4 months into my knowledge management journey. It has been a busy ride. I have been working 12 hour days for the majority of this time trying to create momentum behind the endeavor. What am I spending my time on?.....well...research as well stabilizing the ship so that the organization can conduct the normal course of business.
When trying to birth something new I am realizing that one must always be aware that immediate needs will hold a dominant sway. The question becomes for people "how can you solve my current problems"?
If this question is answered than one has taken a great step towards introducing innovative and cutting edge work strategies.
